[Af-ix] Mailing List Restoration

Hi everyone,

The AFIX Members mailing list is (hopefully) back online!

The mailing list was down due to a back-end server problem. In order
to fix it, we migrated it to a new server and cleaned up the
subscriber list in the process.

Kudos to Edrich de Lange for the technical work and Muhammed and his
team at IXPN for helping us clean up the subscribers :)
