AFIX 2025 Annual General Meeting - August 18 in Lagos, Nigeria

Dear Members,

Attached is the meeting agenda for the 2025 African IXP Association AGM.

The meeting will take place on *August 18, 2025* at the *Lagos Continental
Hotel* in the *Abuja Hall* starting at 9:00am sharp.

We have some good content and discussions lined up for the morning session.
In the afternoon we will inaugurate the new board, review recent
association activities, discuss strategic priorities going forward, and
vote on proposed amendments to the Articles of Association based on lessons

Following the meeting there will be two AfPIF socials including High Tea at
16:00 and the Welcome Cocktail at 18:00 which everyone is welcome to join:
