your response largely dodges a number of applicable points while handwaving a response to exactly one of the listed concerns

to put it rather bluntly, where you should have been going "okay, we screwed up, we'll try to do better" (and maybe ask for ways _how_), you instead went "talk to the hand" and offered up a pile of org-internal reasons as defenses

the "they already have your data" argument line is also ... rather stale? there are a great many people in the world (myself included) who have undertaken a fair amount of work to remove entities such as google from their lives as much as possible. nothing is perfect, of course, but to read a response that so blithely devalues both that work and their choices.. it's disappointing

I repeat what I said in my previous mail: please take to heart the notion that perhaps you, as org, evaluated this incorrectly, that you had incorrect values in assessing it, and confront whether your choices were in fact the correct ones
