AFIX 2025 Annual General Meeting - August 18 in Lagos, Nigeria

Dear Members,

We are pleased to announce that the 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of
the African IXP Association will take place on *August 18, 2025*, at the *Lagos
Continental Hotel*.

As usual, we will inaugurate the new board following the upcoming
elections. The AGM will also provide an opportunity to review recent
association activities, discuss strategic priorities going forward, and
vote on proposed amendments to the Articles of Association based on lessons
learned so far. Details of these proposed changes can be found here:

The morning session will feature presentations and discussions relevant to
the regional IXP community. If you would like to propose a topic, please
