African Telecommunications Union IXP Survey

Hi everyone,

I'm writing to pass on a request from the African Telecommunications Union.

They are conducting a survey on the state of IXPs in Africa to identify the
key factors that influence their development and have asked me to share it
with you. Their goal is to use this data to inform policy recommendations
for member states. If you have 15 minutes to spare, please fill it out so
they can get some useful data.
